About Terrace Café
The Terrace Café is all about the healthy, hearty and old-fashioned feel that we are trying to embody at the Heritage Valley Resort. This soon to open cafe will provide a great alternative dining area for those guests staying on property to enjoy more variety. The Korean tea and Shabu Shabu (hot pot) incorporates the Korean culture of the resort owner and offers you great variety in cuisine. From time to time, you may wish to also enjoy the bountiful buffet at the Terrace Café. 

The Terrace Café Tea Room
The Tea Room at the Heritage Valley Resort is a unique tea shop offering traditional and International select teas. We also provide specialty sandwiches utilizing fresh vegetables and roasted meats, hearty soups and gourmet salads to accompany your refreshing tea along with our numerous homemade desserts and pastries. Let the Tea Room invigorate you as you enjoy your stay at the Heritage Valley Resort.

Shabu Shabu
Shabu Shabu is a special type of Japanese hot pot dining we are soon to be bringing to Heritage Valley Resort.  Interactive guest participation makes a fun and enjoyable occasion for all and the broth cooking provides not only a healthy option due to no frying with minimal vitamin and mineral loss, but also allows each individual the opportunity to enjoy the items they like cooked to their own desired doneness and the combination of foods and sauces provide unlimited dining experiences.  The meal involves thinly sliced vegetables like enochi mushrooms and baby bok choy along with paper thin strips of meat and tofu that are cooked by quickly dipping into a steaming broth.  The cooked morsels are then dipped in an assortment of savoury sauces before being enjoyed- the no frying cooking method provides the perfect healthy indulgence.  At the end of the meal, rice or noodles are then added to the delicious broth that has simmered and taken on the beautiful flavours and aroma over the meal to make delicious soup.  Our meat selections will include specialties like Kobe beef and fat free, heart healthy African deer meat that will be specialty raised at our organic farm in Surrey.  On-site personnel will always be available to help should you require  more information on your Shabu Shabu dining experience.

Buffet
The Terrace Café will also offer a grand variety of foods at our famous brunch and dinner buffet. The buffet will be open for resort guests during the day and evening. Enjoy our healthy selections of food at the buffet at the Heritage Valley Resort.
